Any non-confirming design applications will be assessed on their merit. In considering design applications, AVID Property Group in its absolute discretion may approve or decline any non-confirming design. Any breach of the Design Guidelines is viewed very seriously by the Developer. Upon notice from the Developer advising a breach of the Design Guidelines, you must immediately rectify the identified breach.
