How we will guide you

Our National Customer Service Team will keep you informed and provide you with guidance around all of your key milestones. To ensure you receive all of these updates it is important that you add us to your email contact list and stay opted in.

  • When you deposit
  • When you exchange contracts
  • When land valuations can occur
  • At the registration of subdivision
  • During your design guideline assessment
  • When you settle

You’ll also receive invitations to join in our neighbourhood events as well as information on new land releases, that you or our friends may be interested in, please help us spread the word!

The team is available to assist with questions from the time you purchase to the time you settle and beyond. AVID knows that the process from purchasing your lot to building your home can be confusing, especially if you haven’t done it before. That is why we want you to know that we are with you, all the way home.
